DELIVERY

We aim for all parcels to leave the warehouse within 48 hours of your purchase. For all purchases, you will be issued with a tracking number for the safety of your product.

REFUNDS

Refunds should be made within 10 days after the date on the invoice attached. Anything received after this date, will not be eligible for a refund. Any items being returned for a refund/exchange, must be in resalable condition including all tags/packaging intact and no signs of usage.  

Return costs will not be covered. All refunds will be sent within 2-3 working days through the initial payment method. Any other payment method for a refund will not be accepted for security reasons. 

EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges on faulty items (We make sure every item is properly checked before begin dispatched) Exchanges will only vary on wrong sizing. Exchanges request will only be accepted within 5 days from the date on the invoice.

WASHING & IRONING INFORMATION

We recommend all clothes to be washed at 30°C. Please avoid tumble drying as the merchandise you order may shrink.

Please iron inside out to avoid damage to the print.
